1. SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

This is an office-based role that will require you to spend time in meetings and briefings, as well as staying in close contact with clients.

Your role is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. You will be expected to pitch to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the company’s ideas and benefits.

Reporting to the company’s directors, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling, involving the coordination of internal and external staff. The company will also depend on you to give your projects, direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client as well as the company.

2. PERSONAL ASSISTANT/FASHION INTERN

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership. As a Personal Assistant/Image Consultant Intern your duties are similar to a regular personal assistant plus more. We are looking for a versatile, energetic, and proactive Personal Assistant/Fashion Intern with basic fashion and style knowledge to handle administrative duties, as well as assist with cases and clients. If you’re organized, enjoy juggling many different responsibilities at once, and have a strong interest in men’s fashion, image consulting, personal branding or similar discipline this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule and Hold Consultations for Potential Clients
  • Represent KOBI KOACHMAN during engagements with Vendors, Clientele, and other Businesses
  • Assist the Chief Style Consultant directly with cases, clients and research projects that cover men’s style, lifestyle, and interests
  • Learn how to create nice wardrobe collections and help our clients acquire a new stylish image to match their lifestyle and goals.
  • Engaging and answering clients questions regarding personal style, grooming, fashion, image, and wardrobe needs.
  • Advise clients regarding alterations necessary to achieve the best possible fit for Ready To Wear (RTW) and Bespoke clothing.
  • Create Outfits and Accessory Selections for E-Commerce Store and Client’s Styling projects.
  • Use clothes to enhance people’s self-confidence, image and make them feel and look their best.
  • Accurately take body measurements of clients and assist them in fabric and style selections according to their specification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but NOT required)
  • Experience in the Fashion/Style Industry (preferred but NOT required)
  • MUST love Men’s fashion, creating styles, and everything about fashion and style!

Skills Required

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Very proficient with the computer, tech-savvy and well versed in social media platforms.
  • Strong marketing/communication knowledge with some fashion and style knowledge to support our mission and apply their expertise to the job role.
  • Strong aesthetic style and an exceptional eye for details
  • Creativity and out of the box thinker
  • Resilience under Pressure and Commercial Awareness
  • Background in Sales and Customer service is a plus

3. STYLE + LIFESTYLE CONTRIBUTOR (SLC)

As a style and/or lifestyle contributor, your main task will be to write articles that cover men’s style, lifestyle, and interests as listed above. You must understand MRKOACHMAN.com voice and write in a similar tone.

Our readership is predominantly males aged 18-45, who desire to lead a fashionable and stylish lifestyle. This means they may also be interested in a whole host of topics related to this, such as

  • Men’s Fashion Tips, Style Tips, and How-To Guide
  • Male Grooming Guide – Hair + Beard Styles and Guide
  • Men’s Lifestyle Tips & Goal Setting/Motivations
  • Image, Style, Communication, and Etiquette
  • Gentlemen Living and Lifestyle Inspirations

In addition to writing, you would also develop and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and monthly schedules. Perform SEO (search engine optimization) monitoring and generation of inbound traffic. Track and Provide metrics of web traffic statistics. Report on analytics and user trends for blog visitors traffic on a weekly basis in order to track the trend, growth, and results.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great writing skill and excellent proofreading skill
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Strong Experience with WordPress and GoogleDoc
  • Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest etc)
  • Experience with SEO writing best practices is mandatory
  • Basic Photoshop Experience

4. FASHION DESIGNER/TAILOR (MENSWEAR)

We are seeking a Fashion Designer/Tailor who is a leader in his craft, possessing talent and passion for delivering the finest tailored clothing with uncompromising attention to detail.

You must have a passion for the KOBI KOACHMAN brand and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be an ambassador for the brand supporting KOBI KOACHMAN FASHION in all the activities involving measurement taking of our Bespoke line (suits, shirts, native attire, jackets, and casual wears), alterations, and ameliorations of Ready To Wear (RTW) clothing items.

In this position, you will:

  • Accurately take body measurements of a client and communicating these in a timely way to the atelier and Style Consultants.
  • Understand how to use tailoring techniques to compensate for different body configurations and postures and communicate this to the client in the appropriate way.
  • Advise the client and the Style consultant(s) regarding alterations necessary to achieve the best possible fit for Ready To Wear (RTW) clothing.
  • Take measurements for Bespoke collections of suits, shirts, trousers, jackets and casual wear.
  • Assist the Store personnel to satisfy the customer needs and request in terms of fitting on both Bespoke and Ready to Wear collections.
  • Assist the clients in fabric selections and craft our finest fabrics to their specification.
  • Manage your craft to productivity goals and deliver quality workmanship and results.
  • Perform and complete alterations according to KOBI KOACHMAN’s guidelines and service standards.

Who you are:

  • Educated at schools of patterns making and strong knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, garment construction, and men’s suiting.
  • 3-5 years of store tailoring experience ideally in luxury menswear or designer apparel.
  • Fluent in English and exceptional communication skill.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fashion design, and confidence with both industrial sewing machines and hand stitching.
  • Advanced knowledge of fabrics and hand sewing techniques including buttonholes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; Flexible, Highly organized, passionate and self-motivated
  • A team player with a customer-focused attitude.

5. DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an Analytically focussed Marketing Exec to join our team.

You will ideally have 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, either in an advertising agency, a fashion company or client-side. You are confident in reporting on and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels (PPC, paid social, display, affiliates, email). You’ll be highly analytical, data-driven and you base campaign optimizations on the data research and insight you’ve uncovered.

Moreover, you can creatively think outside the box and bring in fresh ideas that support our marketing acquisition and retention strategies. Hard-work combined with a thirst for marketing trailblazing completes your profile.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, report on, and optimise day to day paid search, paid social, organic social, affiliates and email advertising campaigns
  • Assist with the content marketing acquisition and retention strategy
  • Help manage the SEO relationship between blog/website/e-commerce and responsible for SEO reporting & optimizations
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, activities, product launches and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and campaign performance based on the insights
  • Assist with the brainstorm of conversion optimization functionalities based on insight and UX best practices
  • You will be confident in delivering a holistic growth strategy for our e-commerce channel and support for any activity we provide for clients – individuals and businesses.
  • You will need the knowledge to be able to optimize and grow our digital activity, and the confidence to take responsibility for driving strategy, innovation, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of working experience in marketing, especially digital – you love it!
  • In-depth understanding of digital channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing
  • Previous hands-on experience with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools, such as Google Analytics, Moz, AdWords, Facebook, Mixpanel, Intercom, Segment, and Optimizely.
  • Demonstrable experience/understanding of managing SEO, affiliates, email, social media and/or paid search/display advertising
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement, conversion optimization, and UX
