These 11 must-watch movies are all you need to have a good time, all weekends this month.

The weekend is always a good time for us to relax after a long hectic week at work. For many of us, “relaxation” means early mornings in front of the TV or our computers watching movies. So we’ve rounded up a selection of must-watch movies [from a wide variety of genres] for the entire month of June and July 2017.
We also understand that with numerous movie-selection comes confusion as to which one to watch first, so in order to guide you, we’ve included the movie trailers to give you some clues on the storyline and what to expect but we are certain that you will enjoy watching every single one of them.

1. Transformers: The Last Knight

Synopsis: Devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchanan butts heads with a brash new recruit. Together, they uncover a local criminal plot that threatens the future of the Bay.

5. WONDER WOMAN

Starring: Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright
Synopsis: Before she was Wonder Woman she was Diana, Princess of the Amazons, trained warrior. When a pilot crashes and tells of conflict in the outside world, she leaves home to fight a war to end all wars, discovering her full powers and true destiny.
6. LOST IN LONDON
Duration: 90 mins
Genre: Comedy and Drama
Starring: Imeh Bishop Umoh, Alexx Ekubo, Uche Jombo and Valerie Okeke.
Synopsis: Lost in London is a hilarious tale about Okon & Bona, young students who get selected for an exchange program in London. They attempt to earn some precious Pounds before returning to Nigeria and experience culture shock & all sorts of trouble. But Okon & Bona are made of sterner stuff and every step of the way, prove that the Nigerian spirit cannot be broken.
7. The War of the planet of the apes

Genre: Science fiction film/Drama film
Starring: Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval, Judy Greer and Terry Notary
Synopsis: Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless colonel (Woody Harrelson). After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind. As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both of their species and the future of the planet.
8. Spider-Man: Homecoming

Starring: Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Jon Favreau, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Tyne Daly and Robert Downey Jr.
Synopsis: Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker returns home to live with his Aunt May. Under the watchful eye of mentor Tony Stark, Parker starts to embrace his newfound identity as Spider-Man. He also tries to return to his normal daily routine — distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just a friendly neighborhood superhero. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear.
9. Girls Trip
Starring: Regina Hall, Jada Pinkett Smith, Tiffany Haddish, and Queen Latifah
Synopsis: Four friends (Regina Hall, Jada Pinkett Smith, Tiffany Haddish, Queen Latifah) are in for the adventure of a lifetime when they travel to New Orleans for the annual Essence Festival. Along the way, they rekindle their sisterhood and rediscover their wild side by doing enough dancing, drinking, brawling and romancing to make the Big Easy blush.
10. The Dark Tower
Genre: Fantasy/Science fiction film
Starring: Idris Elba, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Taylor, Katheryn Winnick, Claudia Kim, Fran Kranz, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Jackie Earle Haley, and Dennis Haysbert
Synopsis: Roland Deschain (Idris Elba), the last Gunslinger, is locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim (Matthew McConaughey), also known as the Man in Black. The Gunslinger must prevent the Man in Black from toppling the Dark Tower, the key that holds the universe together. With the fate of worlds at stake, two men collide in the ultimate battle between good and evil.
11. 10 Days In Sun City
Starring: Richard Mofe-Damijo, Adesua Etomi, Mercy Johnson, Falz The Bahd Guy, 2Baba Idibia, Gbenro Ajibade, Fathia Balogun, Uti Nwachukwu, Yvonne Jegede
Synopsis: ‘10 Days in Sun City’ is a potpourri of Love, Drama, Passion, and Culture combined with generous portions of comedy. The movie is a feature-length comedy-drama that sees Akpos on another ‘adventure’, this time, to South Africa, with his girlfriend BIANCA. Bianca is a campus beauty queen who he (Akpos) has sacrificed his livelihood to make successful. After successfully winning a national beauty pageant, BIANCA, ever loyal to Akpos, is now an international celebrity rolling with society’s ‘high and mighty’. She is, amongst several mouth-watering corporate endorsements, global ambassador to, and the face of multi-national cosmetics conglomerate ‘OTAWI’ which is owned by Nigeria’s richest man.
