Nader Tearab from Sudan wins this year’s dapper Best Dressed Man at the Dubai World Cup’s annual fashion contest

The annual Dubai World Cup took place on March 26 and apart from California Chrome winning this year, there was something else to be celebrating at the end of the evening – the most anticipated fashion event, the Jaguar Style Stakes. Jaguar Style Stakes which is a must-attend event for any self-respecting fashionista, held at the Jaguar Style Stakes Arena in Apron Views. The event celebrates the most stylish and creative men and women and gives the fashionistas a perfect opportunity to dress their best.

The judging panel comprised of experts from all fields of the fashion industry and media, who looked out for style, creativity, immaculate presentation and flair across 6 categories listed below:

• Best Dressed Man
• Best Dressed Lady
• Most Creative Hat
• Best Hat
• Best Dressed Couple
• Longines Most Elegant Lady

The panel of judges named Nader Tearab as Best Dressed Man, Shaleen Alena Cheah as Best Dressed Lady and Romain Zouhri and Charlotte Taylor as the Best Dressed Couple for 2016

Best Dressed Man – Nader Tearab

The winners in the Best Dressed category get to drive a Jaguar F-TYPE Coupé sports cars for six months. Other prizes include watches from Longines, cash prizes, pamper packages, beauty sessions at the Nail Spa, hotel stay at Meydan property and many more.

The ‘Best Dressed Couple’ Romain Zouhri from France and Charlotte Taylor from England

Judge Salman Sultan, social media manager for Jaguar Land Rover MENA, said of the event: “We were extremely impressed with the refreshing array of outfits, fashion and creativity that competitors brought with them to this year’s Dubai World Cup. Both the ladies and gents make such an effort with hats, fascinators, dresses, suits, shoes and the combination of style, elegance and innovation is what we look forward to witnessing year after year on the Jaguar Style Stakes stage.”
