The Beard Growth Plan | A 30-Day Plan for the First-Time Beard Grower

Growing a beard is never easy especially in the early stage…It is not for the faint of heart, it requires endurance and will power. Here is your Beard Growth Plan…

How To Win The Beard Race in just 30 days | A Beginner’s Guide To Growing A Beard:

Beard growth plan

I have considered and observed something throughout my beard journey on earth: When it comes to growing an awesome beard, the race doesn’t go to the swift, nor to the wise, nor yet to men of understanding; but timing, careful planning, and above all, patience will help you win the beard race.

You’ve made the right choice by consciously choosing to embark on this journey to bearded greatness, which will ultimately transform you into a REAL MAN.

To help you plan each week throughout your beard journey this month, we’ve released the 30-DAY BEARD GROWTH PLAN FOR FIRST TIME GROWERS.

Let this beard growth plan guide you as you embark on your beard journey this month! Let the race begin!

Day 1: On your marks… Razors down… GROW!

Razors Down… Take a “before” picture to motivate you as you proceed…Now Go forth and start your beard journey. Let the Game of Men Begin!!!

Day 1-7: First Temptation: Starting to Look Scruffy.

The scruffy look tempts you to shave it all off and feel the smoothness on your face again. Many men give up at this first sign temptation and opt for a clean shave. Don’t shave. Just allow it to grow! It’s not going to be easy but always remember that better days are ahead.
Brothers – submit yourself fully to this cause, resist the temptation to shave. It’s just a test, one you must pass to prove you are worthy of wearing a beard.

Day 7- 14th: The Week of Weeping & Gnashing of Teeth.

For many, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth as the itching starts. But always remember, TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, TOUGH PEOPLE DO.  Let this be your inspirational uplifting quote during this difficult time. It won’t be like this for long. To help with the itch, wash your face every morning and night with a mild cleanser to help prevent your pores from clogging and creating more ingrown facial hairs. Then, Endure and Power through the itch like a real man – soon the world will respect you.

Day 14 – 21stThe Trying Period – The Itching Continues.

The 3rd week of growing beard comes packaged with some more itchiness. If you have a dry skin, invest in moisturizer and use on your face daily to soften your beard and soothe face irritation.
A lot of faint-hearted men have abandoned their splendid beards because of this temporary “trying period” which is common to all men who had ever embarked on a full-bearded journey. You just have to man up and take it! By so doing, I assure you, the greatest pleasures in the world await your chin.

Day 21 – 29th: Trials and Persecutions from Loved Ones.

Beard growth plan

You will encounter many trials and persecutions for this choice you’ve made. Women in your life (Your wife, your mom, your grandmom, your sister and your girlfriend) will call you all sort of names, loved ones and colleagues who don’t just understand will tell you to “Shave it Off”. But I tell you, Brothers…
Be not conformed to the desires of these ones: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove beard is that good, awesome, and capable of attracting the jealousy and admiration of the beardless.

Day 30: The completion of your first major milestone on your journey towards beard greatness.

Congratulations! You’ve made it. You have survived the past 30 days without shaving, you have truly completed something great. You may take an “after beard” picture to see the result so far.

The itching should have gone by now but without grooming, it could still look a bit patchy and untidy. It is now time to choose a beard style that suits you and adopt it.
